Kenya’s entertainment industry has once again been set abuzz after a dramatic moment between Colonel Mustafa and his ex-girlfriend, rapper Noti Flow, played out live on air. The two, who recently reconciled on August 15, 2025, after a turbulent history, appeared together on Obinna TV to promote their new song Katika. Fans expected fun and light-hearted banter about their collaboration, but what unfolded left viewers shocked.
During the show, Mustafa suddenly went down on one knee, pulled out a ring, and proposed to Noti Flow. He was visibly emotional as he poured out his feelings, saying she had always held a special place in his heart and even vowing he was ready to get a tattoo of her name to prove his commitment. “Umekuwa is special to me since way back, and you still have a special part of my heart. Nakukubali sana… wewe ndo queen na niko tayari kupiga tattoo yako anytime. Can you be mine? We ndo nyota yangu,” he said passionately.
The moment, however, did not go as Mustafa had hoped. Noti Flow appeared shocked, asking whether it was a prank or some kind of publicity stunt. When Mustafa assured her that he was serious and revealed that the ring had sentimental value as it had come from his mother, she pushed back, telling him, “Don’t bring your mom into this.”
